Throughout her experience working with leading innovators in the healthcare industry, Lisa has become dedicated to bridging the gap that most women face when it comes to their healthcare. She has seen first-hand the critical need for timely, innovative, and effective solutions and resources for conditions and diseases that solely, disproportionately and differently affect women. With this mission in mind, she co-founded FemmeBright Health, a digital health company that is looking to transform the patient journey that women face when navigating life-changing chronic health conditions such as autoimmune disease.

As a long-standing Coralus (formerly SheEO) Activator, Lisa invests in and enthusiastically supports women-led business ventures. Founded in Toronto in 2015 and now also in the US, Australia, New Zealand and UK, Coralus is a global initiative designed to radically transform the way we finance, support and celebrate female + non-binary entrepreneurs who are building new mindsets, models and solutions that benefit humanity. Lisa actively engages in the due diligence and selection of the funded ventures and contributes to their ongoing growth through #radicalgenerosity.
As a strategic advisor to the e-commerce platform Dressed to Deliver, a pioneer of the re-invented Labour & Delivery hospital gown, Lisa continues to be inspired to advocate for women’s health and wellness. Leveraging advanced digital marketing strategies and data-driven analytics to reach expectant mothers in the U.S. and Canada, the company's modern hospital gown has resulted in enhanced patient experience and improved health outcomes. Dressed to Deliver's product line is designed to provide optimal functionality and medical access required by healthcare professionals, while maintaining comfort, dignity and health advantages for mother and baby.
As an investor, Lisa helped to build awareness, fundraise, and recruit investors for the award-winning digital news media company Discourse Media - dedicated to innovating new models for producing meaningful, in-depth, local journalism. They have done this in Canada since 2018 by providing community-powered journalism to underserved communities as publishers of The Discourse and most recently, IndigiNews and La Converse. This is an important endeavor as communities who lack access to quality local news are less likely to trust their neighbors, volunteer, run for office, or even vote.
Heartbeat AI helps organizations better understand the human experience (HX) in order to measure and improve it. The AI- based solution harnesses the power of Natural Language Processing and Supervised Machine Learning to provide unprecedented, deep analysis of emotional drivers of behavior.
Lisa is engaged as a Strategic Advisor for ACTO, the Commercialization Cloud for Life Sciences - the only integrated sales, marketing, and training platform disrupting how drugs and devices are promoted and brought to market. ACTO uses AI-powered mobile experiences and agency partnerships to educate and engage field reps, physicians and patients, while giving senior commercial and clinical leaders real-time insights.
